How it works
A record becomes part of the catalogue after the GBR team has checked it. For now, applications are accepted by phone and email.
1. Prepare your details
Have these ready when you contact us:
- first name and last name
- age
- phone number
- email address
- a description of your record: what you did, when and where (at least 20 characters)
If the applicant is under 18, we also need the full name and phone number of a parent or legal guardian, and their consent. Under 14, the parent or legal guardian submits the application on the child's behalf.
2. Gather evidence
Photos, videos and statements from witnesses help us check what happened. Keep the originals.
3. Contact us

4. The GBR team checks the application
The GBR team checks each application. We may ask you for more details or evidence, and we get back to you by email or phone with the result. A record that passes the check is entered in the catalogue.
